At Buzz Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Buzz Music account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
